The professional chocolate makers group includes those making smaller batches in their home or business on their countertops, larger scale businesses that are utilizing multiple large capacity machines, and farmers and communities that are located where the cacao is natively sourced. Our machines are being used to create some of the most delicious and sought after chocolate in the world from renowned expert chocolate makers of prestigious companies, and they are also being delivered to some of the most remote locations on earth to directly impact small local communities. We have world renown, award winning chocolate makers using our products, but also local farmers who are just now getting educated on the value of their native crop.
We take great pride in the fact that people on the other side of the world are counting on our machines to help operate their small business and sustain their farm, and are putting their trust in the quality of our machines. DCM refiners are being brought into small villages and communities that are offering the locals a form of income by making their own chocolate that they can sell directly to consumers, rather than having their fantastic crop of sought after beans just be shipped to other places where the beans are then sold at much higher prices than they were bought at. Now these local areas are learning and perfecting the art of chocolate making so they can earn an income that they previously were not realizing.
It is also very rewarding to have many our customers grow their business utilizing our refiners. We have many customers who started off with one countertop machine to start a dream of being able to produce and sell their fine creations, and have evolved and grew into larger and larger machines to keep up with the demand for their products! To be just a small part of those accomplishments is very rewarding and excites us to keep innovating to even better serve the chocolate making community.
